LinkPalo

Terms of Service

Last updated 19 Aug 2026

These terms cover your use of LinkPalo at linkpalo.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using LinkPalo for a company, you are agreeing on its behalf.

What LinkPalo is

LinkPalo hosts a public page for you — your links, content, products and contact details at one address — along with analytics about how that page is used. Free accounts get the page and its core features. Pro is a paid subscription that adds a custom page name, your own domain, the media kit, brand enquiries and the deeper analytics.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One person or organisation per account.

Your content

Everything you publish stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to host and display it — storing it, serving it to visitors, and showing previews when your link is shared. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you publish. You may not use LinkPalo to:

We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Page names

Page names are first come, first served, and some are reserved. We may reclaim a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trade mark, or sits unused on an abandoned account. If you change your name, the old one is released immediately and any link you have already shared will stop working.

Paying for Pro

Refunds

If something goes wrong, or you were charged unexpectedly, email us and we will sort it out. We handle refunds case by case rather than hiding behind a blanket no-refunds rule.

Availability

We work to keep LinkPalo up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down we will give reasonable notice and time to export your content.

Liability

LinkPalo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost audience, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using LinkPalo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used to harm other people.

Changes

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and give notice in the dashboard for anything material. Continuing to use LinkPalo after a change means you accept it.
